With this form of service, the gaming account of a player (buyer of the service) of the respective game is handed over to another player (who cooperates with service provider). For this purpose, the service provider's player logs into the account of the buyer and participates in the gameplay instead of the buyer. In this case, the responsibility of the Star Services consists in ensuring the security of personal data of the buyer. In addition, Star Services guarantees that the account transfer will take place properly and without misuse of the account. And though Star Services takes every necessary measure to ensure buyer's account safety, we are not responsible for any actions taken against your account if the reason is boosting service with use of account sharing or account sharing itself.

Order Cancellation and Policy

Star Services has the right to reject any order. Spamming, making slanderous or libelous remarks, or threatening in any way is prohibited at all times if there is a problem with your purchase. Please keep in mind that appointed Event time can be changed and slot reservation can be canceled only if you notify us about your will 12 hours before Event start. If you miss your appointed event without notification, you won't be granted another event and payment won't be refunded for missed event. When we reserve a spot in our Event for you (with or without included rewards for your character), a team of player can no longer take another customer on this spot reserved for you and will be payed for this spot. If you have some force majeure situation, you can always share your account to our driver, so he can join your appointed Event to get your order done.

Due to frequent and increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, Star Services currently does not authorize credit card accounts and/or paypal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Please be sure that when entering your personal information you double check all information and confirm it is relevant and accurate before submitting. All unconfirmed/unverified purchases will be cancelled upon discovery, thus delaying the efficiency of the purchase/transaction.
